
This course is aimed specifically at organisations that need to define and improve their levels of customer service. It covers basic concepts through to ideas and innovations from companies classified as the best in customer service.
To ensure delegates have an excellent understanding of customer service. To ensure delegates complete an action plan for improving levels of service.
Instructor Led classroom based training. Scheduled classes are normally held in Kyalami, Midrand - near to Sandton in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. Stationary and textbook included. Refreshments, including 2 tea breaks and a cooked meal for lunch are provided for full time courses. Light finger meals are supplied for part time courses.
