Management and Supervisory Skills

This is an introductory course in the basics people and task management. Delegates learn what a manager needs to do to be effective in that role. It combines all of the best known and most successful management practices available today.

To ensure managers understand their function To learn and apply the tools & techniques for successfully managing others To self assess current managerial knowledge and abilities To understand how to successfully lead teams and the roles people play

Delivery Method

Instructor Led classroom based training. Scheduled classes are normally held in Kyalami, Midrand - near to Sandton in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. Stationary and textbook included. Refreshments, including 2 tea breaks and a cooked meal for lunch are provided for full time courses. Light finger meals are supplied for part time courses.

Audience

New and recently promoted managers, those about to become managers and experienced managers who need formal training.
