Details

Agile is a business process that emphasises highly reactive adaptable teams. First developed in the software industry, agile has now been applied to many industries both for project management and regular business processes. Scrum is the most popular form of Agile Project Management. It has clearly defined roles and processes. An Agile Product Owner is responsible for the high-level vision and goals of the project, managing the product backlog, understanding, anticipating, and prioritizing client needs, overseeing development stages, and acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders and teams.

This course prepares a Product Owner to understand and use Scrum processes to create a product roadmap to ensure that the team meets the high-level goals for a project. The prospective product owner will also learn how to define the high-level vision and goals for a project, manage the product backlog, understand, anticipate, and prioritise client needs, oversee development stages, and act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and teams.
