This two-day accredited course is aligned to cover the outcomes of US15214: recognise areas in need of change, make recommendations and implement change in a team. It also exposes delegates to a variety of current and effective change models and tools. The emphasis is on experiential change and delegates take part in exercises which illustrate the concepts of change and much discussion is had around managing transition in the workplace.

To expose delegates to the change process and its effect on organizations

To enable delegates to understand and anticipate the human response to change in an organisation

To equip delegates with tools to effectively deal with change

Delivery Methods

Pre-Requisites

Communication at NQF level 4

Computer Literacy at NQF level 4
