Face to Face Selling Skills is a basic selling skills course covering the fundamentals needed by all salespeople who are customer facing. The emphasis is on the knowledge and skills required to prepare for, and make, successful sales calls.

To ensure that salespeople learn and use an effective sales call model To give delegates knowledge and skills in all aspects of making a sales call To assist delegates in understanding that their role is to add, maintain and create value for the customer
