I will take to heart what was discussed and pointed out, one thing that stood out was the understanding of how communication was received, and the various factors of verbal, non-verbal and emotions playing a role in one encounter/communication.
Another thing that captivated me and I experienced an epiphany was how the recipient processes it and responds, along with all the factors playing a role within that moment. I will continuously work on improving my communication skills.
