The objective of this program is to equip trainers of all disciplines to effectively communicate and develop positive Human Relation Skills with their delegates. They will be shown ways of motivating and growing their delegates to their full potential.
The Train the Trainer course will enable the trainer to be better equipped to deal with any situation in a training environment as they will have a better understanding of coaching and motivating their delegates to achieve a greater retention rate with each course. They will achieve more confidence in the training arena as they will be trained to International Standards and as a result will have a greater impact on the organisation.
Delivery Methods
Leading Training is focusing on providing virtual training courses for the foreseeable future and will only consider in-person and classroom training on request, with a required minimum group size of six delegates. We remain committed to offering training that is fast, focused and effective.

This one-day workshop will help you teach participants how to:
- Distinguish facilitation from instruction and training
- Identify the competencies linked to effective small group facilitation
- Understand the difference between content and process
- Identify the four stages of team development and ways to help teams through each stage
- Use common process tools to make meetings easier and more productive
This practical one-day course will help participants:
- Prepare content
- Improvise
- Manage their nerves
- Deliver effectively

None. However, any previous training experience or background would be helpful

Please note that this course needs a minimum of 6 delegates to schedule a course. You can choose to be added to the waiting list by clicking the button below, and we will contact you when we have enough delegates interested. Should we not get enough delegates, we will refund or credit your paid booking.
Should you need this course urgently, the following options are available:
- Pay for 6 delegates (whether you have them or not) and we will schedule the course as soon as possible.
- If you have fewer delegates and cannot pay for 6, we can negotiate a shortened course where some of the time will be spent in blended learning - watching videos and doing tutorials and exercises with some contact time with the trainer. We would want to discuss what your core needs are so that we cover those aspects. You need to have paid for 3 delegates at least.
