Interpersonal Skills Training Course

Interpersonal skills help us to interact effectively with the people around us. These skills are as important for business as they are for social activities; after all, most of what we do involves other people. In many cases, our success in business is built, not only on our ability to do our jobs, but also on our ability to manage our interactions with our colleagues and customers.

This course is a bundle of three other courses which are crucial to mastering interpersonal skills:

• Self Mastery
  • In Self Mastery, you will learn how and why people respond to the world around them from a brain perspective. You will also learn models to anticipate the social dynamics of everyday situations and strategies on how to deal with them. Finally, you will learn to assess your and your team's strengths and weaknesses to collaborate better.
• Leading with Emotional Intelligence
  • Emotional intelligence is built on four main skills: recognising our emotions, observing others' emotions, managing our emotions, and responding to others' emotions. Understand the importance of emotion and how best to work with this fundamental aspect of human experience.
• Communication Strategies
  • Communication means getting your message across so that it is received and understood. In this course, we will look at the basic building blocks of effective communication, the barriers that hinder meaningful conversation and strategies to overcome them
