Agile is a business process that emphasises highly reactive adaptible teams. First developed in the software industry, agile has now been applied to many industries both for project management and regular business processes. Scrum is the most popular form of Agile project Management. It has clearly defined roles and processes. A scrum master facilitates a project team through the processes.

This course prepares a team leader or project manager to understand and use SCRUM processes to manage a team to set and reach their goals.   This course is aligned for you to write the Professional Scrum Master I Certification with scrum.org thereafter.

Delivery Method

Instructor Led classroom based training. Scheduled classes are normally held in Woodmead - near to Sandton in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. Stationary and textbook included. Refreshments, including 2 tea breaks and a cooked meal for lunch are provided for full time courses. Contact hours are between 9am to 4pm.
