Laravel is a PHP framework for rapid development. This 1 day training course shows you how to build a back-end API using Laravel. You can then develop a front-end of your choice to interface with the Laravel API.

This course will give you all the essentials to build a basic API using Laravel. The API will work with contacts in a database. You will learn how to create an API to:

  1. Retrieve all contacts
  2. Retrieve a specific contact
  3. Add a new contact
  4. Delete a contact
  5. Validate input
  6. Paginate contacts
  7. Authenticate the request
