HR Data Analytics is a growing field in an increasingly data-driven world. Excel has tools to organize HR data and HR professionals need to know how to add these skills to their toolset to drive insight into HR metrics and deliver results to the business. This course covers the Excel tools and skills an HR professional will need to analyze HR data into meaningful presentations.
Over the two days, delegates will learn about the functions in Excel that assist in the cleaning up of text and time/date data generated in the activities of administering human resources, as well as functions that facilitate relevant and accurate analysis of the data, leading to a presentation of worthwhile and applicable information.
This course will also include the demonstration and application of appropriate shortcut keys, workbook and worksheet design specifically for large amounts of text data as experienced in the administrating of human resources, as well as the generation of dashboard elements such as charts and pivot tables.
