Whether you're training courses online or hosting virtual meetings, there's a strong chance you've either used Zoom or will use Zoom in the future. Zoom is a wonderful tool, but you may enjoy some guidance if you're new to delivering webinars or are just more familiar with other platforms. That's why we developed this course to help you deliver Zoom sessions as well as our very own trainers

After a brief introduction, we'll cover the basics of setting up your session to make sure your meeting is easily accessible for your attendees.
Making sure your audio and video work properly can be stressful, especially if you are using external mics or speakers. We'll try to simplify that for you.
We will look at ways to assist our attendees to participate collaboratively and politely.
We will take a look into screen-sharing options and discuss which scenarios suit which option
Next, we will investigate the annotation options for both presenters and attendees to help create engagement.
Breakout rooms are an excellent tool for facilitating large groups. we will look at how to create and communicate with these rooms.
Polls are a simple, effective way to engage a large group. We will look at how to create and display these.
Finally, we will look at recording sessions, the options therein, and the final result.
