Details

Creating a safe and respectful working environment for all employees is imperative for a company's continued success, and eliminating sexual harassment is a part of that objective.

Our Sexual Harassment Awareness Course is updated to cover the latest requirements from the Code for the Prevention and Elimination of Harassment in the Workplace.  It is tailored for employees in any sector in South Africa and provides essential knowledge and tools to maintain a respectful and inclusive workplace.

This course covers key aspects such as understanding the legal definitions and types of sexual harassment, the requirements of the Code to protect complainants and offenders, and the steps to take if harassment occurs.

Participants will also learn about their rights and responsibilities, the role of bystanders, and how to support colleagues.

Join our comprehensive 5-hour workshop designed specifically for employees in South Africa. This course will empower you with a clear understanding of the legal definitions and forms of sexual harassment, including quid pro quo and hostile work environments.

You'll learn about your rights and responsibilities, the vital role of bystanders, and the importance of fostering a respectful, inclusive workplace culture.

Our interactive sessions and case studies will help you recognize and respond to inappropriate behaviour, navigate the reporting process, and support colleagues who may be affected.

Equip yourself with the knowledge to help create a safer, more respectful work environment for everyone.
