DMP is a logical, comprehensive, sequential, interlocking, step-by-step decision-and-action process. This methodology and final output documentation will add significant credibility to any business strategies and funding models

This is the information base from which the plan is developed

The Marketing Plan

Provides the direction for the execution in the market place

The Marketing Execution

Is the actual interaction with the target market and is responsible for generating the projected sales and profits

The Marketing Evaluation

Measures the level of success of the plan's execution and provides learning that is incorporated into the marketing background section to be developed for the next cycle (year) of the ongoing marketing plan.

If you have fewer delegates and cannot pay for 6, we can negotiate a shortened course where some of the time will be spent in blended learning - watching videos and doing tutorials and exercises with some contact time with the trainer.
