HR Essentials for Line Managers in South Africa

TRAINING COURSE

Details

This 1-day practical programme equips line managers with the essential HR responsibilities they cannot delegate, and the legal context needed to carry them out confidently and compliantly. The course provides a clear understanding of when the manager is the decision-maker, when HR must step in, and how to handle key moments across the employee lifecycle - from hiring and onboarding to performance, discipline and exit.
