  • Implementing control measures to prevent bias and conflicts of interest
  • Compiling a formal recruitment and selection plan with timelines and contingencies

Recruiting Applicants

  • Advertising vacancies through appropriate recruitment channels
  • Managing and controlling applicant responses in line with recruitment procedures
  • Conducting initial screening to identify suitable candidates
  • Reviewing and adjusting recruitment strategies where required
  • Maintaining applicant databases in compliance with data protection requirements
