Managing Diversity and Inclusion at Work Training Course

ACCREDITED SHORT COURSE | SETA-ALIGNED | NQF LEVEL 5

Details

This course equips managers and professionals with the practical insight and skills needed to turn workplace diversity into a genuine strategic advantage. Rather than treating diversity as a compliance exercise, participants learn how to harness different perspectives to improve communication, strengthen teamwork, reduce conflict, and drive innovation and performance. Through a clear understanding of bias, inclusive leadership practices, and constructive conflict management, learners gain the confidence to lead diverse teams effectively, build respectful workplace cultures, and enhance both employee engagement and customer outcomes. The result is a more resilient, competitive organisation with leaders who can navigate complexity, manage differences professionally, and create environments where people and performance can thrive.

  • Apply practical strategies to reduce bias and discrimination in recruitment, assessment, and day-to-day management practices.
  • Communicate effectively in diverse workplaces using inclusive, two-way communication and cross-cultural communication principles.
