  • Collecting, analysing, and interpreting knowledge-related data 
  • Identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in knowledge management 
  • Compiling assessment findings into a structured report 
  • Developing practical recommendations to strengthen knowledge management practices 

 

Section 3: Developing a Knowledge Management Implementation Plan 

  • The role and responsibilities of managers in implementing knowledge management initiatives
