Design Thinking is a human-centred, iterative problem-solving approach that emphasizes understanding the needs and experiences of users to create innovative and effective solutions. It involves five key stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. By fostering empathy, encouraging collaboration, and embracing experimentation, Design Thinking enables individuals and organizations to tackle complex problems creatively and develop solutions that resonate with and benefit the end users.

Participating in the 2-day Design Thinking Training Program will empower you to tackle complex challenges with a user-focused approach. You'll develop skills in empathy, creative brainstorming, and collaborative teamwork, enabling you to generate innovative solutions tailored to real user needs.

The course offers hands-on experience in prototyping and testing, ensuring your ideas are practical and effective. Additionally, you'll learn to define clear problem statements and implement strategies for continuous improvement, positioning yourself as an innovation leader within your organization and enhancing overall performance and customer satisfaction.

Pre-Requisites

Educational Background

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
    • Preferred fields: Business, Engineering, Design, Marketing, or related areas.

Professional Experience

    • At least 1-2 years of work experience.
    • Suitable for both entry-level and mid-level professionals.

Basic Skills and Competencies

Technological Requirements

    • Access to a laptop or tablet for digital activities.
