Management Development is a key prerequisite to make your business sustainable in the long run. This programme has been designed to fast-track equipping and developing existing managers with the essential current best practices in leadership and people management.  It is based on our extended 2-year management development programme, but only covers the first 3 modules of that programme, so that it can be completed in one year. 

The programme utilizes the expertise of experienced and professional business trainers to impart knowledge in a highly practical and participative way. It is business-friendly and tailored to the demands of working people and it can be offered in a classroom or live online Teams sessions. It covers 3 Modules in 1-day learning sessions each month over 1 year.  

This programme is enhanced with individual coaching sessions a week after training to support the application and transfer of skills in the workplace.

Furthermore, executive feedback on the coaching and learning is offered as a value-add service to ensure close alignment with the business for the duration of the programme.

Work-friendly one-year management development programme covering three Management Development Modules, in one contact session per month.

Material and resources on an LMS for ease of access.

This training can be supported with individual 60-minute monthly coaching sessions with a professional coach to ensure learning is absorbed and processed at an individual level.  This service is offered at an additional cost depending on the level of coaching required.

Experience in management and organisational work experience is needed to benefit from this programme.
