An effective manager needs a variety of skills. They need to ensure they have the right team and resources and care for them as well. This course will give you the training and certification needed to be an effective manager in whatever industry you choose. This NQF level 5 qualification is intended for managers in all economic sectors. These managers would typically be second level managers such as heads of department, section heads or divisional heads, who may have more than one team reporting to them.
This qualification consists of 8 modules that will guide delegates through the organisational, functional, and leadership roles modern managers require to excel at their jobs. Managers on this course will learn:
