This short course covers team building from a new or inexperienced manager's perspective with many practical elements and clear steps of how to build a team. We start by recognizing what a team is and move on to fostering the right behaviors and actions to build team dynamics. We cover how to be aware of and alter your management style to build trust and team cohesion and increase the productivity of a team. The course also covers practical elements of defining team roles and responsibilities, delegating tasks, giving feedback, and managing the performance of a team. This is an accredited short skills course.
