This course covers the key elements needed to build a high-performance team. Researched and proven models are shared and self-assessment tools are used to gain insight into team dynamics. This course builds your team while building an understanding of the essentials of team-building.

This two-day workshop will help you teach participants how to:

  • Understand the key element of trust in building team
  • Build teamwork by recognizing and tapping into the twelve characteristics of an effective team
  • Promote trust and rapport by exploring your team player style and how it impacts on group dynamics
  • Develop strategies for dealing with team conflict and identify your conflict mode
  • Understand how action planning and analysis tools can help your team perform better
