This short course is aligned to cover the specific outcomes of unit standard 252025 - Monitor, assess, and manage risk, at NQF level 5 for 8 credits. This course is part of Module 8 in the Generic Management Qualification ID 59201. It is intended for any manager in an organisation to monitor, assess and manage risk.
The qualifying learner is capable of:
Demonstrating an understanding of business processes and potential risks to a unit.
Identifying potential risks and assessing the impact thereof in a unit.
Developing contingency plans for managing risk.
Testing and revising contingency plans.
